To secure your booking, a bond payment is required, the amount of which varies depending on the selected bus. The bond will be refunded at the end of the trip, provided the bus is left clean, tidy, and free of damages. Please note that refunds may take 2-7 business days to reflect on your payment source, depending on the bank’s billing cycle.
We offer several payment options, including cash to the driver on the day of pick-up, internet banking or bank deposit four days before the trip, and payments via invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
Payments made online or via invoice will incur a 3% booking fee.
Upon receiving the bond or full payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the remittance. Please review all information for accuracy to avoid any issues on the day of the booking. If any details are incorrect, contact us at (02) 9188 9094 immediately for rectification, and an updated remittance will be sent via email.
Communication via emails and text messages between clients and our team representatives constitutes a signed legal contract.
Customer’s personal information provided via our online booking system is securely stored on the XERO invoicing database.
Party Buses Sydney is not responsible for incorrect details entered via our online booking system. Please verify all information before processing the payment.
The security/bond payment is non-refundable for any cancellations. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will incur a charge of 50% of the full payment on the nominated account.
Text Message Notification:
If you do not receive a confirmation text message with driver details the day before the booking, please contact us before 8 pm at (02) 9188 9094 to obtain the driver’s name and number.
Passengers must be ready 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If passengers are not ready when the bus arrives, the driver may not be able to wait due to other bookings, and no refund will be provided.
In the event of a bus breakdown, Party Buses Sydney will attempt to send a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If a replacement is not possible, a refund for the trip will be provided, but additional costs incurred will not be covered.
Party Buses Sydney is not liable for compensations due to delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, strikes, etc.
We are not accountable for delays caused by accidents, roadworks, or peak hour traffic. Please consider travel time, as our buses are larger vehicles and require extra time to reach the destination.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all our buses as per state laws. Non-compliance will result in removal from the bus without refund.
Drinking alcohol on the buses is permitted, but passengers must be over 18 and have valid identification. Glass containers are not allowed for safety reasons.
Food or snacks are not allowed on the buses. The driver may request removal if passengers bring any onboard.
Passengers travel at their own risk, and seatbelts must be worn throughout the trip in buses equipped with them.
Damage Excess Fee:
Passengers are responsible for excessive damages and will be charged a damage excess fee ranging from $300 to $1000. Please respect the bus and its amenities and leave it clean and tidy.
Fighting and Vandalism:
Disruptive behaviour, fighting, vandalism, or excessive intoxication leading to disturbances will result in eviction from the bus without refund, and the police will be contacted.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings and Party Buses Sydney is not liable for lost or stolen items. Found items will be stored at our depot, but we are not responsible for any damages to the items.
Photos and Videos:
Photos and videos taken by drivers on board our buses are for advertising purposes. If you do not consent, please inform the driver. In case of emergency situations involving law enforcement agencies, photos or videos taken by the driver may be used as evidence.
